Morris & Associates, LLC provides leadership and executive coaching for both public and private organizations.​ The firm was started by Linda Morris-Williams in 2016. Linda has 35 years of leadership and management experience in both the private and public sector.

 

Linda is dynamic, vibrant, bold, and detailed. Her first logo exploration was a simple letter “M” in side of a box. I wanted to create a brand identity that was a true reflection of her personality and make sure her organization stood out among her competitors.

Durojaiye Versatile has created musical scores for TV and films (most recently, CSI Miami and the acclaimed indie film Light of Mine). He is a featured DJ at multiple Bay Area venues. My goal was to design a logo reflective of the soulful music he creates.

​ 

The simple flow of the logo represents his relaxed personal style. The swoop and counter of the "d" is reminiscent of a vinyl record. The design has been used for apparel as well as marketing collateral such as stickers and album covers.

Hammons Supply Company was established in 1972. Their original logo was created from a hand-painted sign that still hangs in the company's main warehouse.

My goal was to maintain the history behind their logo while providing a brand refresh and elevate the brand's secondary graphics. I also created a fun secondary logo for marketing and merchandising opportunities.

Boulevard Burger is a small restaurant in San Leandro, CA serving free-range, farm-fresh organic meals in a 1950's style setting. The client was using three different logo variations for signage, t-shirts, and menus. My task was to create a cohesive and unified brand identity that could be used across all consumer touchpoints.

I created the monogram and logo with the Diner Obese typeface.  It captures the nostalgia of the '50s and aligns with the restaurant's mission to provide great tasting, farm-to-table meals. I made the "All-Natural, Grass-fed, Angus Beef" a prominent feature in the final design to highlight the restaurant's key differentiator from its competitors.

Ruáh Community Outreach is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization in the East Bay that services economically disenfranchised urban populations.

Ruáh began as a faith-based organization, but over time has re-focused its attention on tackling issues that affect the economically disenfranchised residents of Contra Costa County. They provide group and family counseling services, college scholarships and adult/parenting classes to change lives in their community.

Through my brand audit for non-profits in the area, I wanted to make them stand from other organizations. By using Trajan Pro and Lulo Clean typeface, I was able to create a bold, strong and established wordmark. The flame is a subtle nod to the religious roots of the organization to which their name is derived.
