During Pride Month, Twitter hosted the summit at their SF and NYC headquarters. Lesbians Who Tech & Allies is a community of LGBTQ+ cis women, nonbinary and trans individuals in and around tech (and the people who support them.)
I really wanted to do something different this time with the signage, so I chose to create an all caps event lockup for all signage and menus. The event signage pushed into the moderate range of the brand's expression. I used three different brand textures and placed them over two different different color palettes: the Twitter brand blue and three colors from the Lesbian Pride flag.
To internally promote Pride I created internal digital signage for our corporate offices and presentation covers. I chose a minimal brand expression for the internal signage, because I wanted the background repeating type treatment to really stand out. The presentation deck design combined the brand applications I used for both the event and the internal signage. For the color palette I used colors schemes taken from the eight recognized LGBTQ+ Pride flags.
