Twitter(RIP)
To bring more inclusivity to our welcome box, I used Twitter's #ONETEAM tagline to create the "Many Pronouns #OneTeam" t-shirt design. Guided by Creative Director Derrit deRouen, I incorporated nine LGBTQ+ recognized self-identification pronouns within the Twitter logo. My goal was to design a shirt that demonstrated there is space for everyone to be seen as their authentic selves at Twitter.
The welcome box also included stickers with the nine recognized pronouns, providing a nonverbal way for coworkers to acknowledge each other's preferred pronouns.
